Here’s some vintage B&W photographs that celebrate 15 bands that took the stage in San Francisco at the end of the 1970's: Tuxedomoon, Leila & the Snakes, The Mutants, SST, Crispy Baby, Psychotic Pineapple (sic), The Readymades, Liars, Seizure, The Sleepers, Negative Trend, Flipper, The Nuns, The Avengers, The Sex Pistols. Ends with a nod to the late "Pope of Punk", impresario of Mabuhay Gardens, Dirk Dirksen.
